Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy explains what personal information this website (the “Site”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep collection to a minimum: this is an informational page, and no purchase is made here.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent publisher and affiliate marketer. We are not the manufacturer or the retailer of the product described on this Site.
2. Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email or call the support address published on this Site, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Technical and usage data. Collected automatically by our hosting provider and any analytics we run: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time and duration of the visit.
-
Campaign parameters. If you arrive from an advertisement, the URL may carry
parameters (for example
utm_sourceor a click identifier) used to attribute the visit to a campaign.
We do not collect payment information. No transaction takes place on this Site. Card details, billing and shipping data are collected by the retailer, BuyGoods, on its own checkout, under its own privacy policy.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use [LIST YOUR ACTUAL TOOLS — e.g. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tag, or “none”]. These may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic, understand which content is read, and attribute conversions to advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from reading this Site. Where required by law, we request consent before setting non-essential cookies via [CONSENT MECHANISM, if any].
4. Why we use this information
- to serve and secure the Site, and to diagnose technical problems;
- to understand which content readers find useful and improve it;
- to measure the performance of advertising campaigns;
- to respond to messages you send us;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are legitimate interests (site operation, security and measurement), consent (non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the Site on our behalf and with parties we are legally required to disclose to:
- Hosting and CDN: [PROVIDER];
- Analytics and advertising platforms: [PROVIDERS, or “none”];
- Affiliate network / retailer: BuyGoods, which receives the referral identifier when you follow a link to the product page;
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
6. Retention
Server logs and analytics data are retained for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 14 months] and then deleted or aggregated. Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve your request and to meet record-keeping obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EEA and UK have them under the GDPR. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, write to contact@customercs.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: contact@customercs.com or (507) 448-8190.
